I am committed to ensuring your jewelry arrives safely and promptly. Here’s what you can expect:

Processing Time: 

Due to the handmade nature of my products, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. If you need your item sooner, please contact me via email at jillian@uniquelyjillian.com, and I will do my best to expedite your order.

 

Shipping Methods: 

I offer standard shipping as well as expedited shipping options at checkout. Please note that delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.  All orders over $250 include free standard shipping.

 

Shipping Rates: 

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the method you choose.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can easily monitor the status of your shipment.  Please note that I have zero control over your shipment once it leaves my studio.
